1. Who We Are
Whitstable Print is a UK-based printing company providing professional printing services nationwide. We offer products including (but not limited to) business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, posters, stationery, and other printed materials.
2. Using Our Website & Digital Channels
You agree to use our website and social media channels in a lawful and respectful manner.
You must not upload, share, or send any content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes copyright.
We reserve the right to remove or block inappropriate content or users on any of our digital channels.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 Artwork & File Requirements
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork unless you have purchased our design services.
Files should meet our specifications (including size, bleed, and resolution). If you need guidance, please refer to our Print-Ready Artwork Guide or contact us.
We are not responsible for errors in supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, or incorrect colour set-up.
3.2 Proofs & Approval
Digital proofs may be provided on request. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for all text, images, and layout.
Changes after approval may not be possible and could incur additional costs.
3.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
4. Production & Delivery
4.1 Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity. Estimated turnaround will be confirmed at the time of order.
While we aim to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, supply issues).
4.2 Delivery
We deliver locally and nationally via trusted courier services.
Delivery costs will be confirmed when ordering.
Risk passes to you upon delivery – please inspect your order immediately.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as printed goods are bespoke and made to order.
If we have not yet started production, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
We will replace or reprint any items that are faulty due to our error. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you supply for printing.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims relating to copyright or trademark infringement arising from your order.
All Whitstable Print branding, website content, and designs remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Social Media & Marketing
We may showcase completed work (including photographs of printed products) on our website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.
Reviews, comments, or messages you post publicly on social media may be used for marketing purposes.
8. Liability
We will not be liable for:
Colour variations caused by screen-to-print differences.
Errors in customer-supplied artwork.
Delays beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the affected order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
